Dan attended Wilfred Laurier University and has benn with Jones Neon in a sales role for over 20 years. Dan has been involved with minor football in Burlington for 8 years and has been a coach at Laurier University since 2004. Dan resides in Burlington with his wife Sylvia and has two children Daniel and Natalie.

Ray Jones

Ray has been working full and part time at Jones Neon for the past 37 years. After graduating from Sheridan College (Business Administration), Ray began full time. Ten years ago Ray Jones Sr and Agnes Jones retired and Ray Jones Jr was given full control and ownership of the company they started in 1941. Ray has seen many changes in the sign industry over the years, he is very excited about the new LED technology and the computerization in the production end of the business. Ray's two sons Michael 24 and Clayton 23 are now working full time at Jones Neon bringing new energy to the company. Ray's Daughter Keltie is in her 3rd year of Psychology at R.I.T in Rochester, New York. Ray's wife of 26 years, Heather, is Vice President of Jones Neon. Ray has been heavily involved in boys and girls minor hockey in Burlington for 24 years.

Michael Jones

Michael is Ray's eldest son and worked at Jones Neon during his summers in high school and has been involved in sales since 2004. Michael grew up playing minor hockey in Burlington and played his last competetive year with the Brantford Jr B club. Michael is very proud to be part of the 3rd generation of Jones Neon displays.

George resides in Caledonia with his wife. George has been in the sign industry for 10 years and has been at Jones Neon since 2003. George has been involved with the Big Brother organization since 1999 and is also studying French at nite school to become bilingual.
